Enting Precision Machines Technology Co., Ltd., established in 1994, specializes in the development and production of CNC (computerized numerically controlled) grinding machines, which are designed, made and assembled by a team of seasoned engineers boasting at least two decades of experiences in this filed.

The company’s product lines include grinders for cylinder interiors and exteriors, universal cutter/tool grinders, surface grinders for threads and linear guideways, and automated industrial machinery.

Enting adopts high-grade one-piece ‘Meehanite’ cast iron with wide-rail design to form the body structure of its grinding machines. The high-rigidity body structure ensures stable movement, excellent precision and long working life.

The company’s CNC internal and cylindrical grinding machines are capable of making curve and taper, variable-speed and straight grinding jobs.

In line with the use of measuring table, the working table of the company’s CNC grinding machine can conduct precision rake grinding. The working table and saddle adopt an enforced oil submerged lubrication design that ensures low wear, smooth feeding, good precision, and long working life.

The spindle table for the machine features variable speed change and high torque, suitable for grinding both big- and small- diameter working pieces. It can also conduct both ejector pin rotating and fixing uses, upgrading working efficiency.

The holding force in tail of the machine can be adjusted via the knob in the forehead. With broad-type design, the tail seat makes stable holding and allows 40mm flexibility. A hydraulic automatic design is also available for convenient use.
